Samaritans

Contact a Samaritan. If you need someone to talk to, we listen. We won’t judge or tell you what to do. You can call day or night, write us an email, write us a letter, use our self-help app or chat online.

Harrogate Easier Living Project

We’re here to HELP people across the Harrogate district live safe and well and stay connected with their communities. Providing information and signposting for people wanting to access local services and activities. Including providing help at home and transport services.

Harrogate District Foodbank

Helping local people in crisis with food. We don’t think anyone in our community should have to face going hungry. That’s why we provide three days’ nutritionally balanced emergency food and support to local people who are referred to us in crisis. We are part of a nationwide network of foodbanks, supported by The Trussell Trust, working to combat poverty and hunger across the UK.

Harrogate Homeless Project

Our vision is to make sure nobody in the Harrogate District has to sleep rough and that those experiencing homelessness have all the support they need to move towards independent living.
